YEYIAN Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to new products and computer systems purchased directly from the us.yeyiangaming.com website and is offered to the original purchaser who has shipped to a domestic address within the United States (Excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii).


If you purchased your product through an authorized reseller/retailer, such as BestBuy, Amazon, Walmart, etc., all return and refund requests must be handled through the original place of purchase. Please refer to the reseller’s website or policies for more information. The policy conditions regarding returns for repair are still applicable.

At Yeyian, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a great experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the guidelines below.


Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior approval from Yeyian and the issuance of a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before any product is sent back.
Before issuing an RMA, Yeyian may verify eligibility for return or warranty coverage. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, order details, and product information (such as serial number) to support your request.
Yeyian warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the applicable warranty period.
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Yeyian reserves the right to approve or deny any return request.
To request an RMA, you may be required to provide:

  • Name used on the original order
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Order ID or proof of purchase
  • Product details (such as serial number, if applicable)
  • A description of the issue or reason for return

RMA Validity & Warranty Eligibility

RMA numbers are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. All approved returns must be shipped and received by Yeyian within this period.
Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee that a product qualifies for warranty service. To be eligible, the product must be received within the applicable return or warranty period. Products received after the return or warranty expiration date may be treated as out-of-warranty and may be subject to repair or replacement fees at current rates.
If an RMA number expires, a new return request must be submitted and approved before returning the product.
Any return shipping labels provided by Yeyian must be used within their stated validity period (typically up to two weeks) and may not be reissued without reauthorization.


Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the invoice date
  • Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for refund or exchange

For technical issues that arise after the 30-day return window, please refer to Section 10 — Warranty Coverage for service options.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned in good condition.
  • The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label.
  • The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. See Packaging Instructions.
  • Unless the product is defective or incorrect: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yeyian reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


Refunds, Fees & Product Condition

Refunds are processed based on the condition of the returned product and the reason for the return.

  • Unused / Resalable Products: If the product is unused and in resalable condition, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
  • Used Products: If the product shows signs of use, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (both ways).
  • Buyer-Caused Damage: If the product is returned damaged due to misuse or improper handling, a $300 labor fee may apply. Additional charges may include the cost of damaged components, as well as applicable shipping and restocking fees.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to Yeyian, a replacement will be issued with no restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product rather than receive a refund, please indicate this when submitting your RMA request. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the return is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility and condition requirements as standard returns.
  • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead, subject to the applicable fees above.
  • Exchanges for a different product (not a direct replacement) may require a price adjustment and are subject to approval.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties on Yeyian hardware products are expressly disclaimed.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, Yeyian will process your refund as follows:

  • Inspection is completed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection is complete.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been inspected and your refund has been issued. If you have not received confirmation within 10 business days of Yeyian receiving your return, please contact [email protected].


Promotional Items and Discounts

If your purchase included a promotional discount, free item, or bundled offer, the value of that promotion may be deducted from your refund if the qualifying product is returned.

For example:

  • If a promotional item or bundled product is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund
  • If a promotional code or benefit has already been redeemed, its value may be deducted accordingly
  • If your order included a free or discounted shipping promotion, Yeyian reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund if the order is returned.

RMA Shipping & Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using the original packaging, including internal protective materials, or equivalent secure packaging.


Yeyian is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging during return shipment.

Inspection of Returns

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds or credits will be issued only after the product has been evaluated and approved.


PC Data & Product Responsibility

Before returning any product, you are responsible for:

  • Backing up all data stored on the device.
  • Removing any personal, confidential, or proprietary information.
  • Removing any external storage devices or accessories not originally included.

Yeyian is not responsible for:

  • Lost or corrupted data.
  • Personal or confidential information left on returned devices.
  • Lost or damaged removable media.

Additionally, any components or hardware not originally included with the product should be removed prior to return.


Shipping Your Return

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as you assume the risk of loss or damage during return transit.
To avoid delays, your RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Returns without a visible RMA number may be delayed or refused.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged before shipping. See Section 8 — Packaging Instructions above.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to Yeyian due to an incorrect address or failure to receive delivery, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.


Warranty Coverage

The 30-day return window outlined in this policy covers standard change-of-mind and condition-based returns. Separate warranty coverage applies for products that develop defects beyond this period.

  • Yeyian Gaming products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted through the same RMA process. Contact our support team at [email protected] or call (888) 499-8103 to initiate a warranty service request.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

International Orders

For products purchased outside of the United States through an authorized reseller, all returns and exchanges must be handled directly with the original place of purchase, in accordance with their return policies.
