WARRANTY SERVICE


If repairs are needed, the customer must obtain a ticket number and provide proof of purchase. Warranty services are performed exclusively by Yeyian Authorized Service Centers. After 30 days from the original purchase date, shipping costs for any item returned for repair are the customer’s responsibility.

All returned items must have the ticket number clearly written on the outside of the package, accompanied by a letter detailing the issue and a copy of the original proof of purchase. Packages without a ticket number on the outside will not be accepted. Ticket numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date. COD (Cash on Delivery) packages will not be accepted.

FOLLOW THIS PROCCESS:


STEP 1: If your computer requires repair, Yeyian technical support will issue a ticket number for shipment to our service center. Follow the instructions provided by Yeyian technical support staff. Yeyian will not accept shipments without a ticket number.

STEP 2: Pack your computer securely in its original box with the original packing materials. If these are unavailable, consult your shipping provider for proper packaging specifications. Follow the guidelines outlined in the Packing Instructions to ensure protection during transit. Yeyian is not responsible for any shipping damage, loss, or products not purchased directly from Yeyian Gaming.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking capabilities, such as UPS or FedEx, as U.S. Mail does not offer tracking to confirm delivery.

Ship the package to:

IMPORTANT: Your RMA ticket number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or package. Additionally, include a note attached to the side of your computer inside the box with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Address
  • Ticket number
  • Daytime phone number
  • Description of the issue

Please note that Yeyian does not cover return shipping costs for locations outside the mainland U.S.A., including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase along with the above details to facilitate your return.

STEP 3: Once Yeyian receives your computer, we will repair or replace it and return it to you within two weeks via FedEx or UPS. The repair time may vary based on the availability of necessary components.

STEP 4: You are responsible for the shipping charges to Yeyian. If no hardware issues are found, you will be responsible for return shipping fees as well as a $50 labor fee, which must be paid before your computer is shipped back to you. Please refer to the Product Return Agreement at the end of this manual.

PACKING INSTRUCTIONS


GAMING PC’s

  • - Box Weight: Choose a box with a weight capacity of 40–50 lbs.
  • - Padding Requirements: Ensure a minimum of 3 inches of space on all six sides of the computer. Fill this space with solid foam material to absorb impact if the box is dropped.
  • - Prohibited Packing Materials: Do not use loose materials such as foam popcorn/peanuts, newspaper, cardboard pieces, or blankets. These materials can shift, allowing the computer to contact the box sides and increasing the risk of damage.
  • - Sealing the Package: Use heavy-duty packing tape (3 inches wide) rated for at least 60 lbs to securely seal the package.
  • - Shipping Insurance: We highly recommend insuring the package in case of damage during shipping, allowing you to file a claim with your carrier. Yeyian is not liable for freight damage.
  • - Damaged Shipments: If your computer arrives damaged due to improper shipping, you must instruct Yeyian to repair or return it within 30 days. After 30 days, a storage fee of $15 per day will apply. Any item left for over one year may be discarded at Yeyian Gaming’s sole discretion.

OTHER PRODUCTS

  • - All parts must be adequately protected to prevent damage; use an anti-static bag for memory and other sensitive peripherals.
  • - Hard drives, SSDs, and peripherals should be boxed—never use an envelope—as these parts are highly susceptible to damage from drops or crushing.
  • - Packages that arrive damaged will be held in the receiving department, and Technical Support and Customer Service Supervisors will contact you about the damage. You will be advised to file a claim with the shipping company.
