LIMITED WARRANTY FOR
YEYIAN PRODUCTS
Yeyian warrants its Gaming PCs and their components against defects in workmanship or materials for the duration specified in the warranty from the original invoice date. During this period, Yeyian will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts with either reconditioned or new parts at no cost to you. Any parts replaced by Yeyian or its authorized service centers become the property of Yeyian. You are responsible for the cost of any service or repairs not covered by this warranty.
Yeyian provides no other warranty, either implied or expressed, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, except as set forth herein. Yeyian also makes no warranty or representation regarding the quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any third-party product or documentation.
Except as stated here, Yeyian is not liable for any expenses, costs, losses, inconvenience, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances shall Yeyian’s liability exceed the purchase price of the computer.
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other oral or written, expressed or implied warranties. No employee, reseller, or distributor is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty.
GAMING PC WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. This warranty applies exclusively to Yeyian Gaming Computers purchased and operated within the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii).
2. If your computer is returned to Yeyian for repair and no defect in materials or workmanship is found, you will be responsible for return shipping and applicable labor charges.
3. This warranty covers only normal use of the computer. Yeyian is not liable for any damage or defect resulting from:
- (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, or incorrect installation;
- (ii) external events such as fire, flood, lightning, or improper electrical current;
- (iii) servicing or modifications by anyone other than an authorized Yeyian representative.
4. Yeyian and its Authorized Service Centers are not responsible for any software programs, data, or information stored on media or any parts of products returned for repair to Yeyian, its distributors, resellers, or Authorized Service Centers.
5. Yeyian makes no express or implied warranties regarding third-party (non-Yeyian Gaming) software.
6. A valid invoice or purchase receipt is required to obtain warranty service.
7. The computer’s serial number must be intact and clearly identifiable to validate the warranty.
8. This warranty does not extend for any replacement parts provided to fulfill the warranty.
9. All pre-installed software is licensed to customers under the terms and conditions of the respective non-Yeyian software vendor.
10. This warranty does not cover any issues related to third-party software or viruses.
11. Extended warranty coverage may be purchased within 60 days from the original invoice date.
12. This warranty is valid only for purchases made within the USA and Canada.
YEYIAN WARRANTY PERIOD BY PRODUCT CATEGORY
Yeyian provides a warranty for its products beginning on the original purchase date from our website, authorized marketplaces, or an official Yeyian reseller. All products purchased before September 2021 are cover by standard 1 year warranty.
Yeyian warrants its products, covering all components and craftsmanship, against manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal domestic use for the duration specified in the table above, starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty protects the buyer against any manufacturing or operational defects, including issues with parts, components, or materials of the product.
