Warranty and Return Policy
No merchandise returns will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number provided by Qian US. The Buyer must provide proof of the purchase date, order ID or invoice number, reason for return, exchange or refund, and RMA number. At its sole discretion, Qian US may accept or reject the Buyer's claim for return, exchange, or damages.
No refunds, credit, or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the invoice date on all PCs. All returned PCs must have the RMA number prominently displayed on the shipping label. All returned products must be securely packed and shipped to Qian US in an undamaged condition. Qian US reserves the right to refuse or reject returned merchandise for failure to comply with the conditions set forth herein.
If the PC is accepted and the products have not been used and are in resalable condition Qian US will provide a refund for new PCs, minus 10% of the purchase price; returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping both ways if found in used condition. If the products are determined to be damaged/defective and found to be the fault of Qian US, will issue a full refund upon return. PCs received for refund that are found damaged due to the fault of the Buyer will be subject to a labor fee of $300, plus the cost of damaged parts and any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
Returns and direct refunds are only available for products purchased through the website of Qian US. The products sold through resellers of Qian US Must be returned to the place of purchase. Please refer to the websites of the resellers of Qian US to learn about their return policies.
